We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the Magnificent Mile with easy walks to everything. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. We especially loved the views of the city from our spacious and comfortable room on the 24th floor.

We loved the central location, just a couple blocks from the famous Miracle Mile and the Hancock Tower. The hotel was also conveniently close to the McCormick convention center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff provided excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious.

This hotel is in a great location - within short walking distance to public transportation and close to many attractions in the area. The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, with easy access to major transit lines and excellent shopping. We were able to explore all the main attractions, like the Navy Pier and Millennium Park, within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and providing free baggage storage on the day we checked out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we even enjoyed a delicious meal from room service. this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our trip to this city memorable.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the room smelled fresh. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept really well. The hotel's location near the John Hancock Building and right at the heart of Michigan Avenue was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. The hotel staff, especially the young bar attendant, provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. the hotel's facilities and transportation options were top-notch.
