I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and facilities. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to the cafeteria in the main hallway and the Amore restaurant for lunch.
No elevator, and some rooms had less desirable views. The check-in process was a bit overwhelming, with a lengthy sales meeting that I found extremely aggressive.
The best aspects of my stay were the fun in the Caribbean on the beautiful Yucatan coast, the friendly and attentive staff, and the great breakfast.

The hotel facilities were great - clean and modern with a super cool, open-minded vibe. The pool parties during the day were a lot of fun and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The spa services were excellent, and I really enjoyed the food at the Sutra restaurant. this hotel had a fantastic atmosphere and offered great experiences.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the pools and beachfront area was impeccable. The hotel facilities, including the pool show setup and the high-end speakers in the party area, were top-notch. The staff was always attentive and willing to assist us with whatever we needed, whether it was in the restaurants, during transportation, or in participating in the themed activities. The food was excellent, with a variety of options available and amazing quality. the hotel provided us with a high standard of service and a memorable experience.
