The overall look of the property was very attractive and well maintained. We loved the warm and inviting exterior. The staff was exceptional, treating us like family and always going out of their way to help. Diane, in particular, was amazing. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and shopping, and even looked up addresses for us. The room was clean and decently sized, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection and the coffee was always available. The location was convenient, with downtown just a short drive away, and there was plenty of parking. We will definitely be back!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well decorated. The shower had great water pressure. The staff were professional, polite, and gave fantastic directions to avoid heavy traffic. The breakfast had a wide range of delicious options. The location was near Fairhope and not too far from the beach and other attractions in the area.

Nothing to fault.
The staff was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was perfect - quiet, clean, fresh, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool which we enjoyed at night. The location was superb, being close to good restaurants and within easy walking distance of several shopping centers and public beach access area. The breakfast provided had a wide selection of food and the coffee was great. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, making our stay even more convenient.

The hotel staff at check-in and check-out were kind, and other staff members were helpful when I needed information about the ice machine. The location was great, close to restaurants, the beach, and grocery stores.
