Bellrock Lodge Review

Bellrock Lodge Russell is set only a 10-minute walk of Flagstaff Hill Historic Reserve and approximately 10 minutes by foot from Kororareka Bay. Set near Christ Church Russell, this guest house overlooks the ocean and invites guests to have a drink at a lounge bar.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the town center. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. The hotel facilities were exceptional, providing everything needed for a perfect stay. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome and valued.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished with wooden floors. The large terrace provided breathtaking views of the city and the water. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the modern kitchen to the immaculate bathroom. The hotel provided an abundance of amenities, including plenty of plug points, beach towels, and even mosquito repellent. The hospitality was top-notch, with supportive pickups, warm welcomes, and daily treats. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.
Not obvious to find initially.
The hotel's location on a hill offered a stunning view down into the charming town center of Russell. Peter and Lorraine, the hosts, were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me with tour arrangements and provide valuable information about the area.
