I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its stylish facilities. The location between two worlds was perfect, with the hotel being in the heart of old-school Chi-Town and also close to the trendy global nomad style. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the lakefront in north Chicago's Lincoln Park made it super convenient for relaxing walks. There were also plenty of food choices nearby, so I never had to worry about finding a great place to eat. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location in a nice quieter area is just a short walk from shops & restaurants. Close to everything yet far enough away to be quiet. Beautiful area, close to the high-end luxury stores in Michigan Avenue. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful weekend family visit to this hotel. The staff, especially our waitress for breakfast, was excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, thanks to the attentive and prompt housekeeping personnel. The location was perfect, with convenient access to shops and restaurants. The lobby area was beautifully designed and stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Clean rooms with modern decor. Great location in the Gold Coast neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, and the lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice view of the skyline
No coffee makers in the rooms or complimentary coffee in the lobby. Small and stained bathroom, sink had plumbing issues
