Nestled among a bar and a restaurant, around a 5-minute stroll of the Oak Magnificent Mile Street, this 5-star The Peninsula Chicago Hotel comprises 339 rooms. The business hotel has a traditional French restaurant and an indoor pool for its guests.

Guests can try lunch, dinner and breakfast, usually served at one of the on-site restaurants, for example at Pierrot Gourmet. The lounge bar is a place where you can relax with fresh coffee and champagne.

The comfortable accommodation lies in the very heart of Chicago, a few metres from the skyscraper 360 Chicago Observation Deck. You can get to the centre of Chicago in about 30 minutes' walk.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable with a spacious bathroom and a cozy bed. The staff was very attentive and friendly, especially Leo who served me breakfast for three out of the five days I was there. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a well-equipped gym and a beautiful lobby. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to many restaurants and attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the attention to detail, like providing a cloth to clean my computer screen, was much appreciated.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful and the tablet system made everything so convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our 5-year-old was treated like royalty, with special gifts and attention from the hotel staff. The location was perfect, right across from the old pump house at Water Tower and with many popular restaurants nearby. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from the cleanliness and facilities to the breakfast and staff. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the old pump house at Water Tower, with easy access via the drive up located on Superior. It was also nice to have parking available. The hotel catered well to professionals and couples, providing a relaxing retreat within the city. The in-room TV was large and of high quality. The staff was attentive, polite, and knowledgeable, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
