We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, from the valet to the front desk, provided great customer service. The hotel had a lovely decor and the rooms were exceptionally designed, even featuring a doorbell on the outside. The happy hour was relaxing and we enjoyed a glass of wine. The hotel was also conveniently located near several restaurants with outdoor seating. Additionally, the breakfast was very good and we were even given free tickets to the Mint Museum.

The location in the center of Uptown Charlotte was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The staff were accommodating and pleasant, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
