I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, from the friendly door man to the helpful front desk attendant. The room was absolutely breathtaking, well-planned, and impeccably clean. I slept like a baby in the spacious and comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the excellent gym with a wide range of equipment. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance of most attractions. I felt safe walking around, even after dark. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and location made my stay truly enjoyable.
It was all superb.
This hotel surpassed our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and even charging our phone when we forgot our charger. The property was clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside. The location was perfect for our needs, as it was near downtown and in close proximity to Piedmont Park and the botanical gardens. The hotel facilities, including the fitness room, were excellent.
