I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel facilities were in perfect condition, and the pool area was very clean and worth the small fee. The staff were friendly, helpful, and so professional. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to Union Square and Market Street, making it convenient for my fast trip of fun with my grandson while he was on school vacation. Additionally, the hotel offered free breakfast at their restaurant, which was delicious with plenty of choices. The concierge was very helpful in planning our excursions to popular attractions like Muir Woods and Sausalito.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is conveniently located near Union Square and close to the main tourist points of interest in the city. I felt safe walking around the area day and night, even though it is near a dangerous neighborhood called "The Tenderloin". The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. The rooms were well-maintained and the bathroom was very nice. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious and airy fitness area, a lovely pool, and a balcony. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even upgraded our room and provided personal chargers for our phones after our car was broken into upon arriving in this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location surprised us with its central position, surrounded by numerous stores and close to transportation systems. The staff were incredibly helpful, even allowing us a late check out for my birthday. The hotel facilities, including the spa and swimming pool, were a great addition to our stay. We were also impressed with the prompt response and responsibility shown by the staff when our car had an issue due to valet parking.

From the standpoint of being within a short walk's distance from BART, this hotel's location close to most sites that I was planning on seeing was perfect. The convenience of being able to easily access public transportation and explore this city was exceptional. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and modern with a contemporary feel. The valet service was very accommodating, making parking hassle-free. The comfortable pillow top bed, high-end sheets, and absence of weird smells or ambient noises ensured a peaceful and restful stay.
