We loved the hotel's location, perfectly close to the center, within walking distance of the main shopping street and plaza. The Avenida metro stop was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with comfortable beds in our lovely suite. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The central but quiet location was perfect for exploring the city center of Lisbon. The staff were excellent - attentive, friendly, and helpful. They made me feel welcome and were a credit to the hotel. The facilities were great, and I particularly enjoyed the lower level lounge as a relaxing place to rest. The included breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had, with high-quality food and a wide variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was convenient for exploring all the tourist areas, including the Castle in Alfama, Baixa, and Bairro Alto. The staff were extremely helpful and provided great advice on dining options. We particularly enjoyed a restaurant called Gina, which was just steps away from the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast provided was outstanding, and the hotel offered convenient parking and transportation options. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient experience for our short stay in an excellent location.

The hotel had immaculately clean and beautifully decorated rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of facilities offered, including free parking and easy access to public transportation. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the vibrant Avenida de Liberdade and close enough to downtown. Additionally, we loved the cozy lounge area where we could relax and enjoy complimentary coffee. The staff members were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
