The hotel's location near the beach was perfect, just across the street from a beach entrance. Additionally, the hotel was right in front of the free trolley stop that allowed easy transportation around South Beach. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing top-notch service. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were also impressive.

On arrival, the front desk host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right on Collins Avenue, but it's surprisingly quiet. The beach is just across the street, making it incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.

The hotel's location, being just a half-block from the beach and right on the free trolley line, made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and enjoying the beautiful beach. We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They allowed us to check in early and hold our bags, and even called us when our room was ready. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the nearby restaurants and stores.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience the best it could be. They offered early check-in without any additional fee and even allowed me to have a late check-out to accommodate my flight schedule. They also securely held my bags for me so I could enjoy the beach before leaving. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, just a half-block from the beach and right on the free trolley line. Moreover, it was conveniently located on Lincoln Road, making transportation via Lyft to other attractions in this city easy and affordable. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
