The hotel had a great selection of food on the buffet and the service was exceptional. However, there were not enough staff to help us get food items, resulting in longer wait times and cold food on the plates. The precautions taken by the hotel were appreciated though. The architecture and design of the property were impressive, with modern materials and well-executed pathways. The village concept, where restaurants, kids clubs, sports bar, and theaters were all in one place. The two pools were amazing, and there were free yoga, pilates, and other activities by the main pool. The spa and gym were great, and the rooms were clean and modern with nice bathtubs and balconies. The staff were friendly and there were also shops on the property for essentials like medications, sunscreen, and swimming suits.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. We especially enjoyed the nice restaurants and the huge pool. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with soft sand and perfect water temperature. The location of our room was great, close to the main pool and the village with all the restaurants. We highly recommend trying the Japanese restaurant, the food was amazing. We also indulged in a massage at the Semtropia spa and it was excellent, although a bit pricey. this hotel provided a wonderful vacation experience for us.

I absolutely loved my stay at this resort. The location was exceptional, with stunning views of the beach. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and everything was well-maintained and clean. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and their friendly and helpful attitude made my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. Walking around the hotel was so relaxing, and we highly recommend taking the boat ride on the lake. We found everything easily and the amenities provided were exactly what we were looking for. The room was gorgeous, with modern furnishings and a lovely balcony. The two pools were amazing, and we took advantage of the free yoga and pilates classes by the main pool. The spa and gym facilities were also top-notch. We were pleased to find 6 restaurant options for dinner, and the food was safe and delicious. The tennis court was fantastic, and we played every day. The shops on the property were convenient and had a variety of items available, from medications to swimming suits.
