The receptionist was patient and understanding. The security guard was reassuring. Shamila at the front desk was very kind and willing to work with us. The hotel was close to all attractions, including Universal, Sea World, Disney, the Millennium Mall. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The facilities were in good condition. The parking was convenient. The breakfast offered a variety of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
There was nothing we didn't like.
The room was recently repainted and clean, with convenient amenities like a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The hotel's location right in front of Camping World Stadium made it ideal for accessing events there.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
Cleanliness: Clean white sheets and pillows/cases, new shower curtain, nice soap and shampoo.
Location: Great location near major North-South and East-West thoroughfares, close to all attractions and downtown.
Nothing all good.
