Payment in Advance
If this site is used to make Special Internet Rate hotel reservation, payment in full,
in advance is required.
Cancellation/Change Fee
Reservations of "Special Internet Rates" will apply a cancellation fee regardless of the timeframe of cancellation. If the cancellation is outside of the time allotted, you may be charged for one night's stay. Please read the specific cancellation policy provided for each property on the site and in any emails regarding your reservation.
If a cancellation is made in less than the time allowed in the stated cancellation policy on the site and in the email confirmation you receive, a full night's stay may be charged to the cardholder. Such a charge could be applied for any hotel reservation, not necessarily a Special
Internet Rate.

REFUND POLICY
HotelNear.com acts only as an Affiliate of an independent agent to secure services of a hotel supplier. Therefore, we have no control over personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers and shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred as a result of any wrongful acts, omissions, or default on the part of the suppliers.
All grievances must be reported with any and all supporting documentation to HotelNear.com within 60 days of the mailing of the first credit card statement showing any discrepancies for billing and payment issues or within 60 days after completion of travel services provided.

With the exception of information that is downloaded, displayed or printed for personal, non-commercial use, this site and all contents herein may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or otherwise distributed with the express written permission of HotelNear.com.

A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
